Visit our returns center
Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, do send the item back within 7 working days to the following address

Any lost parcel during the return process is the buyer's responsibility. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use a courier with tracking number. We reserve the right to reject request which do not comply to the conditions for return/exchange.

What are the refund options?

Refund to store credit with one-year validity.

Store credit will be available for use at payment page

Who bears the return delivery fee?

The buyer bears the return delivery fee
If the item is faulty, the seller will bear the return delivery fee

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, do submit a return request to us via the return center and upload pictures of the defect as well.
