What items are exchangeable?

  • Within 7 days from the delivery date
  • In unused/unaltered condition
  • With all the tags intact

Do note that design exchange can only be done once per order. This means any order made with store credit (issued in the form of gift card) cannot be returned for a subsequent time but size exchange is allowed.

How do I return or exchange?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, do send the item back within 4 working days to the following address

Any lost parcel during the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore we highly recommend that you use a courier with tracking number. We reserve the right to reject request which do not comply to the conditions for return/exchange.

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to store credit with one year validity.
  • Our store credit is in the form of gift card

Can I exchange to another design of different price?

  • For higher value, a top-up will be required
  • For items of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the difference
  • If the price difference is nominal (<RM30), you may opt for a cash refund

Exchange exclusions

  • All items other than gowns with customized size, accessories, and intimates
  • Item purchased with store credit in the form of gift card cannot be exchanged for another design. It can only be exchanged for another size.

    • Store Credit in the form of gift card has a one-year validity, is non-transferable and non-refundable

    Where can I find my store credit?

    • Our store credit is sent in the form of gift card to your email
    • You may retrieve your store credit by searching "LUXMERRIER GIFT CARD" in your mailbox

    Who bears the return delivery fee?

    • The buyer bears the return delivery fee
    • If the item is faulty, the seller will bear the return delivery fee

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, do submit a return request to us via the return center and upload pictures of the defect as well.
