FAQ


SIZING

  • Do note that not all sizes are created equal as we have many different manufacturer. Hence the size S for one design wouldn't be the same with the size S for another design. 
  • Please refer to the measurements before purchasing

 

PRICING

Do note that in the long term, our price do change due to the nature of our business (preordering) and also currency exchange. However, you may be assured we only do so if we absolutely have to and only in the long term.

 

GOWNS

  • Do note that we do not provide alteration for gowns as we do not have any in-house tailor. Alterations are to be done by the customers themselves.

PREORDER

  • It means there is no ready stock kept. We only order when customers order.

  • As the apparels are preordered, sometimes the stock will not be available. We will then refund the amount or the customer may opt for another design. Any extra will be refunded back.
  • Normal pre-ordering takes around 10-14 days to reach your doorstep after payment. Do note that we cannot guarantee the exact date it will reach your doorstep and sometimes it will take up to 3 weeks (in very rare case only). PLEASE do not order if you need the apparel urgently. 

  • ORDERS OUTSIDE MALAYSIA: It may take up to 1 month (2 months in case of delay) to reach your doorstep. We are NOT responsible for any DELAYS in delivery and LOST PARCELS caused by the courier company

 

SHIPPING

  • Free express shipping (Poslaju) for all Malaysian orders. We will deliver right after your preordered stocks are received. For ready stock apparels, your order will be sent out in 1-3 working days. Your despatch email will include a tracking number and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. (Please understand that sometimes the tracking update may take up to 24 hours) 

  • Postage for international orders are calculated automatically upon checking out according to the weight of the apparels. Do contact us for more info

  • IF YOUR COUNTRY NOT LISTED IN THE CHECKOUT PAGE, DO CONTACT US THROUGH THE CONTACT US FORM OR EMAIL US AT LUXMERRIER@GMAIL.COM
  •  I Have Received a Faulty Item. In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us through email. 

  • I Have Received an incorrect Item. If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service. 

  • An Item Is Missing From My Order. Please get in touch with us by email

 

 

PAYMENT

  • What payment method can i use to make my purchase? We accept payment via Paypal. Offline method can be made for local orders too (PLEASE CONTACT US AT OUR EMAIL LUXMERRIER@GMAIL.COM)

  • IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS CHECKING OUT WITH PAYPAL, DO CONTACT US THROUGH THE CONTACT US FORM OR EMAIL US AT LUXMERRIER@GMAIL.COM

RETURN

  •  What is your return policy ? We accept exchange for wrong sizes EXCEPT FOR CUSTOMIZED GOWNS. The item has to be sent back within 3 working days. 

  • There is no return if the item is not to your liking or slight defect.
  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) for wrong sizes.

  • Sales items are strictly non-exchangable

  • If the item of your choice is sold out, we would do a full refund back to you. Refund can only be done as store credit or exchange with another item

BUYING

Choose the product type (top, bottom, accessories, etc).

  •  View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.

  • Select an item of clothing and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

  • If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, log in.

  • Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.

  • Choose whether you want to collect your order from our store or receive it via standard or express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.

  • Pay through PayPal

  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
