Any lost parcel during the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore we highly recommend that you use a courier with tracking number. We reserve the right to reject request which do not comply to the conditions for return/exchange.

Got many compliments!

I got many compliments on the dress, material and workmanship is of very good quality. Luxmerrier's customer service is top notch, I recommend contacting them to confirm sizing and anything else you want to know, they were very patient with all my questions. I am usually a XS in malaysian clothing and the S fits me well. As per photos the dress is quite short, I am 5'0 tall and the dress sits around 3-4 inches above the knee.

Good quality and fast delivery

Bought Peony Shift qipao. This is my first time purchasing from Luxmerrier. I am amazed and happy with the purchase. The qipao cloth material is of good quality (though the beading/sewing can be improved because the threading looks like it won't last and the beads will fall out). I am generally a S/M for standard clothing size but with this qipao, I bought a L. Maybe I should have bought a M because the top is quite big (the arm hole is quite big for me). I would have preferred a more fitting cut. A suggestion that perhaps to help with customers' purchase, more details could be included like the cutting - whether it is loose or regular fitting or tight fitting. Another thing would be to provide details on the type of material.

Super cute dress

The quality is really good, and the size as per measurements advertised. It took a while to arrive due to pre-order. But overall I like the dress very much.
