    HOW DO I SELECT A SIZE?

    • Sizes vary by design. Do pick a size based on your measurements.

    • Do measure yourself as follows: -

    BUST (fullest point/ not bra size)

    HIPS (fullest point)

    WAIST (narrowest point/ above belly button)

    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    • Add the items of your choice to your cart. 
    • Check out when you are ready to finalize your order.
    • Once you have entered your details, double-check to confirm on your order details
    • Select a payment method

     

     HOW LONG DOES PREORDERING TAKE?

    • Pre-orders typically take 12–15 days to arrive after payment (up to 20 days for remote areas)
    • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may take up to 3–4 weeks in rare cases. Please reconsider if you need your order urgently.

    WHERE CAN I FIND MY STORE CREDIT?

    • Login to your account to view your store credit balance
    • Store credit balance will be available for use at /payment page
    • All store credits are valid for 1 year.

      ITEMS FROM MY ORDER MISSING?

      • If your order includes both ready stock and preorders, the ready stock may be shipped first.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDER

      • Free worldwide shipping (15-20 days)
      • Prices do not include import taxes. Any taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

      • Buyers are responsible for overseas return fees on exchanges 
      • A reshipping fee of 8 in your local currency will apply for exchanges.
