• Enter your order number and email address to start

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

• Once your request is approved, do send the item back within 7 working days to the following address

Any lost parcel during the return process is the buyer's responsibility. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use a courier with tracking number. We reserve the right to reject request which do not comply to the conditions for return/exchange.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, do submit a return request to us via the return center and upload pictures of the defect as well.
