Sizing may vary slightly between designs. For the best fit, please choose your size based on your body measurements rather than your usual clothing size.
Measure yourself as follows:
• Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust (this is not your bra size).
• Waist – Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button.
• Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Yes, we provide worldwide free shipping.
Preordering takes 12-15 calendar days. As for ready stock, you will receive it within 2-5 working days (Malaysia and Singapore).
- If your order includes both ready stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
- Ready stock items may arrive before your pre-order items.
Returns and exchanges
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.
- Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

- Store credit balance will be available for use at payment page
- All store credits are valid for 1 year.

International orders
Yes, we provide worldwide free shipping.
Prices do not include import taxes or duties. Any fees charged by your country's customs are the buyer's responsibility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international exchanges. A reshipping fee of USD6 will apply for exchanges.
