How do I return or exchange an item?

1. Visit our Returns Centre.

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

4. Once approved, send your parcel within 7 working days to:

Eligible returns are refunded as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• Your available store credit will appear on the payment page at checkout.

Who pays for return shipping?

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please submit a request through our Returns Centre and upload clear photos showing the defect. Our team will review your request as soon as possible.
